Winning awards – it’s how we roll. At Say Media we were delighted hear that we are a finalist for the Mediapost Creative Media Awards in the Content Marketing (including Native Ads) category.

The Creative Media Awards honor creativity in the media industry – especially for advertising. As Mediapost puts it “We value the idea that drove the campaign along with the execution of the idea. The Creative Media Awards expresses our belief that media - the process of buying, planning and strategy - is every bit as creative as depicting storyboards for a print or TV ad campaign.”

The nomination from Say Media and Rookie Magazine created for Dr Martens was:

#STANDFORSOMETHING by Say Media for Dr Martens For the second year in a row, Dr. Martens teamed with Say Media to reach teen girls with an ad campaign on the digital magazine Rookie. Last year, Rookie editors profiled six activist teen girls from New York. This year, the editors are following up by exploring where the young teens are now. Say Media’s creative studio also created a mobile ad unit which will run on Rookie and across other sites in the Say Media network.
