The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity held each June is the world’s largest celebration of brand communications and creativity. Each year 12,000 delegates from 90 countries visit the festival to celebrate the best in brand communication and creativity – and from the thousands of campaigns entered, a few lucky winners emerge with awards honoring their work.
We’re thrilled so see that our publishing partner Not Impossible took home a coveted Product Design Lions for Project Daniel - the world's first 3-D prosthetic printing and training facility, helping those who have lost limbs in war-torn areas like Sudan. The award honors The Ebeling Group, Not Impossible Labs and Richard Van As/Robohand for their work on Project Daniel. Project Daniel is one of the first projects out of Not Impossible Labs and Not Impossible Now, an organization and publication which focuses on the inventions and inventors doing incredible things with technology to improve humanity.
