xoJane and Say Media are throwing a party at SXSW this year and one of the musical guests is also one of the hottest new acts debuting at SXSW this year: Tove Lo. Already a huge hit in her native Sweden, she's preparing for the release of her debut EP 'Truth Serum" in the United States which debuts March 4.
