Say Media and A+E Networks Partner on Bio.com and LifetimeMoms.com

Great news for media lovers: Say Media and A+E Networks, have embarked on a new partnership on popular sites Bio.com and LifetimeMoms.com.

Under the agreement, Say Media will assume responsibility for editorial, sales, technology, publicity and marketing for both websites, which will migrate to Tempest, Say Media's proprietary publishing platform, in April. A+E Networks will continue to produce and provide video to Bio.com.

"We're looking forward to working with A+E Networks to continue to evolve these two strong brands," said Matt Sanchez, CEO of Say Media. "We're going to infuse Bio.com and LifetimeMoms.com with powerful points of view and visually compelling environments that will inspire readers to return again and again."

Laura Grimm and Melissa Kagan, editors in chief of Bio.com and LifetimeMoms.com respectively, will remain with their sites and report to Say Media's executive editorial director, Joyce Bautista Ferrari. They will join the Say Media team in their new Times Square offices on April 1.
