SAY Media hosted a panel at the International Food Bloggers Conference last weekend called "It's Not Selling Out, It's Getting Paid: The Evolution of Food Publication Monetization," with bloggers Tori Avey of The Shiksa in the Kitchen and Gabi Moskowitz of BrokeAss Gourmet. A well-attended session of 40 people, subjects ranged from basic monetization through display ads, custom content programs, content syndications and e-commerce. Sarah Strinfellow moderated and she and the panelists talked about how to make money from their content - and still keep it authentic.

Both of these ladies have been able to take their blogs and expand them and gasp! make money from it. Sarah did an excellent job of keeping the discussion moving at a great pace and focused with excellent questions.
