That was the theme of this Canadian Media Directors Council (CMDC) conference on April 23-24 in Toronto, the largest annual media conference in Canada. Cathy Collier, OMD Canada’s CEO, brought in global talent and speakers including Salman Khan of Khan Academy, Paul Price of Creative Realities, Jonah Lehrer, best-selling New York Times author, and Jack Myers, one of North America’s best-known media diarists/economists.
SAY Media's president Troy Young was also on the speaker's list - he hosted a session on how brands get strategic advantages with content and why it's never been more important than now.
