Yesterday, SAY Media President Troy Young participated in a presentation at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in Cannes, France. The session, which was entitled 'Entrepreneurs are the New Creative Department (and vise versa)' covered a variety of topics, including trends and changes in consumer behavior, how brands are working with start-ups in creative new ways and predictions on the future of media and creative.
Troy was joined Joanne Bradford of Demand Media, Marc Speichert of L’Oreal USA, Trudy Hardy of BMW marketing and Marc Ruxin of UM, who moderated the panel. The panelists had an interactive conversation about working with agencies and brands in the new media landscape.
